Janjatiya Gaurav Divas Celebration at PES’s College of Pharmacy & Research Center, Phaltan

Janjatiya Gaurav Divas is an important occasion to recognize the rich cultural heritage, traditions, contributions, and history of India’s tribal communities. Phaltan Education Society’s College of Pharmacy & Research Center, Phaltan organized a meaningful Janjatiya Gaurav Divas celebration to help students understand the importance of tribal culture and the contribution of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, a respected tribal freedom fighter.

The program was conducted as part of the college’s academic and student-development activities for the Academic Year 2025–2026. The event provided students with an opportunity to learn about India’s cultural diversity, social values, unity, equality, and respect for different communities.

The celebration was conducted at the Seminar Hall of Phaltan Education Society’s College of Pharmacy and Research Centre, Phaltan, with the participation of D.Pharm students. A total of 60 students participated in the program.

Janjatiya Gaurav Divas Celebration at the College

The Janjatiya Gaurav Divas celebration at PES’s College of Pharmacy & Research Center, Phaltan was organized on 10 December 2025. The program was held in the college Seminar Hall and was attended by D.Pharm students.

The activity was conducted for a duration of approximately one hour. The activity was coordinated by Prof. Kavitake A. S., while the college principal, Dr. Deshmukh V. T., provided guidance for the program. Prof. Kale N. G. also contributed to the event.

The program included an introductory speech, information about Janjatiya Gaurav Divas, a discussion on the life of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, a student pledge, and a poem presented by Prof. Kale N. G.

Principal’s Speech on Janjatiya Gaurav Divas
