Phaltan Education Society’s College of Pharmacy & research Center, Phaltan constituted INTERNAL COMPLAINT COMMITTEE with reference to notification by Ministry of Human Resource Development (University Grant Commission) dated on 2nd May 2016. as per Section 4(1) of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 and draft UGC Regulations 2024 (for prevention, prohibition & redressal of sexual harassment of women employes and students in Higher Educational Institutions) regulations 2015.
